I  WISH  ALSO  TO  APOLOGIZE  FOR  THE LONG  DELAY  IN  WRITING  TO YOU, BUT  I HAD MADE  TREMENDOUS  AMOUNT  OF  WORK  FOR  DIRECT  DEMOCRACY  IN  GREECE  IN  THE  MEANTIME, THAT  MOSTLY  ANSWERS FRED's  QUESTIONS, AS FOLLOWS:

1. What purpose  about is this amount of money that  Fred mentions, how much  is  it  and  what  is the Greek  contribution  to  this  amount (also  to  which  account I  have  to  pay,  who  is  the  Treasurer and when  has  he  been  elected?)
2. Do  we  need  other  subscribers or  we  should put  the  material  in  our  site  or  Blog and  pay  all  independently  for  the  work  done?
3. We  have  spoken  and  decided  in  Prague  last  March  for  a  next  Congress in  Autumn  and  we  will  have  the  chance  to  have  the  visit  of  the  German  Omnibus  der  Direkten  Demokratie ( from  September 24th  until  October  17, 2009  with  a  lot  of  events taking  place  here in  central  places  with  the  assistance  of  Goethe  Instituts)  and  maybe  this  is  a good  chance  to have  our  DD E-V  Congress  in  Grece  this  time  in  order  to  promote  it  better  , especially to  German  people  and  maybe  having  them  joining   DD E-V)
4. The  Germans  have  already  made  this  small dictionary  of  Direct  Democratic  terminology, also  in  English  ( look  at  my  attachments  and  their  site: www.omnibus.org).
5. We  have  finalized  in  Greece  this  model  of  local  Direct  Democracy during  our  Congress of last  May, that  Fred  could not be  finally  present in  its  works  as  scheduled, after  having  public  Debate  with  the  people of  Aghia  Paraskevi and  it is  going  to  begin  working  this  year under the  following four  basic  principles, proposed  by  me and  our D.D. Organisations:

• Square  Neighborhoods  of  Citizens, recognized and  supported  by  the  Municipality, as  Planning  cells  for  the  town,
• Thematic  Neighborhoods  of the  Citizens,  also recognized and  supported  by  the  Municipality, as  Planning  local  NGOs of  the  town,
• Citizens' Observatories that function local  Referenda  with  the  official  Municipality  and  Monitoring Citizens's Committies,  related  to  the  Sectors  of  the  Municipality's  Administration  and  municipial  enterprises.
• Municipality's  Ombudsman , appointed  by  the local  Citizens' Observatory, who  is  responsible  and  coordinates  the  works  of  all the  above  (  I  try  to  have  this  position  first  in  order  to  implement  this  kind  of  local  Direct  Democracy, under  DD E-V's  and  WDDm's  supervision  and  advices ).

Please  comment  all trhe  above,  having  in  mind  that  I  also  guided   a  pure  DD  political  party  in  the  European  Parliament  elections  gathering  in  Greece  8000  votes and  having  the 17th  position  out  of 27  participating political  parties  including  the  big  Power  Parties  of  Greece!

I  suppose  that  we, the   three of  us, begun the  DD E-V, according  to  a plan  I  had  made  with  Paul  Carline  five  years  before,  when  Fred  asked  me  to  bring  him  in  contact  with  Jiri  Polak in Aarau  last  October and  so  we (the  three  of  us) have  established  our  Blog  etc., having  decided to  continue so  as  Founding  Fathers of  DD E-V with  the  official  registration  of  the  title, marks  and  emblems  etc. of DD E-V  in  all our  three names,   in  order  to  avoid misuse of  them in  the  future  of  newcomers,  who  do  not  have maybe yet  the special  knowledge  or  the  DD  political  culture,  until  we  come  to  a big  Congress  after  some  time  and  maturity  of  the  European  DD  Movement, that  we  will  be  safe  to  give any  symbolic  power  to  the  new  appointed leadership,  under  DD procedures.

But, unfortunately   now,  I  wonder  why  Fred is  addressing  his  e-mail only  to  Jiri, putting  me  in  a second category  of  simple  recipients  of  his  e-mail, together  with  other  three Italians (one  I  do  not  know  at  all), and  at  the  same  time  he  ignores  absolutely  the  Cypriots  Kiatipes  and  Charalambous  that  participated  in  Prague  with  a  proxy  given  to  me, as  the  French  DD  partner  Kevin  Lone  made  with  another  proxy  to  Fred. 

Today everybody has invented his own model ( Cells, Continuous referendum and so on)...we should come also here to one or a few models with standardized names and propose the same thing all across Europe.
